Construction on Santa Rosa’s very first In-N-Out Burger has started. King Buffet the restaurant that used to occupy the lot has been demolished. Last Thursday, Press Democrat reported Santa Rosa’s Planning Commission unanimously approved an In-N-Out Burger to be constructed at the northwest corner of Steele Lane and County Center Drive where King Buffet now sits just beyond the Shell gas station.
